Fantastic for the money
I just got these a few days and used them for about an hour on the first day. The sound quality is awesome. I love the Jlabs Signature EQ Setting. It's the perfect balance of bass and treble with good mid levels. The ear buds are super comfortable and will be great for long term use. I first used them while helping my young daughter with an online pre-kindergarten course. The "Be Aware" feature is super cool. I was able to hear my daughter ask questions and hear the audio coming from the laptop through the earbuds while still being able to hear my music. Later, I needed to quickly vacuum the house so I turned off "Be Aware" to completely block out noise from the vacuum. Since then I've used them while doing miscellaneous chores around the house and going shopping. They stay in the ear really well. They charge in the case really fast and the case itself charges quickly as well. I've only used them for one phone call. The description states these feature stereo phone calls - I only noticed audio coming from the left side. I will continue to watch this. The person I was talking to had no complaints about the audio quality coming from me even though I was outside and talking quietly. I love the the touch controls. I had considered the Jlab Air (non-sport) ear buds but after watching reviews, the thought of having to push physical buttons and thereby pushing the ear bud deeper into my ear turned me away. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with this product and will be recommending them to friends and family. My only complaint is that they don't get super loud, but the ear tips provide a really good seal so it's a non-issue.

I totally recommend it
Excelent product. Robust, durable, good sound. I would purchase again

Very impressed with these headphones.
I love those earbuds. I previously had some JLab earbuds a year ago and lost them. The only thing I would have improved on is adding an over-the-ear loop, which is what the JLab JBuds Air Sport did. These are NOT going to fall off your ears. I have worked out, I have ran, I have run errands, I have biked, I have mowed the lawn and they do not move. That's the main feature I was looking for and they nailed it! The sound quality is very good with a decent base you can feel. The case charges just fine with a built-in USB that you can't lose. As soon as you take either of the buds out it will connect to your Bluetooth. You can use either for calls and music however, the controls (i.e. vol up/down, pause/unpause) are split between the left and right buttons. It's not that big of a concern for me but if you want the full effect you need both for full control. I say this because I have kids that I like to keep an ear out for while listening to a podcast. I usually use the right ear only. My only complaint and this is a small one BUT, the noise pass-through feature. Which toggles on/off noise cancelling and lets you hear those around you, should be must more prominent. Now, I have some higher-end headphones I use for shooting and they are top-notch in listening to things around you but also allowing for noise canceling. So my opinion is skewed. For clarity, the noise canceling feature is great, it's the noise pass-through that is a little below par. With that being said, I would absolutely buy these again. They fit the purpose I need them for and are easy to use and carry with me.

Great earbuds and will defiantly buy again!
These earbuds fit in/around my ears comfortably and have great sound quality. I would highly recommend either downloading the app on your phone or going on the JLab website and using the "burn-in method" that plays a mix of different sounds and frequencies to warm up the drivers in the earbuds. I tried to use them before I used this tool that's offered as well as after using the tool and the audio quality was definitely better after using the burn-in tool. I absolutely love the "cloud foam" tips (the blue tips as seen in the picture), as they isolate outside sound and fit in my ears much better than the standard three sizes of the silicon tips. The medium silicon tips were originally installed when opening the package and I tested them before switching over to the foam tips. There are three audio profiles built into the earbuds themselves, listed in the manual as JLab Signature, Balanced, and Bass Boost. I prefer the Signature setting, as it amplifies both the vocals and bass of music and other media I listen to. There is also a mode on the earbuds called "Be Aware" which mixes outside noise with the media you're listening to. This mode is very handy for when I walk the dog with one or both of my earbuds in use, as I can hear cars and my surroundings. It's also a great mode for when I'm doing my college assignments, because it allows me to hear my family if they ask me a question (as I'm an online student). On the charging case side, I've charged it once when I got it and made sure the earbuds were fully charged before my first use. Using both earbuds at full charge gives me almost a full day of use, and the case gives me about 6 additional charges on the earbuds when their batteries are fully depleted after long use. I would have liked if the built-in USB-A cable on the case was a bit longer or if the case supported wireless charging, but I have plans to purchase a USB-A male-to-female adapter so that I can use them with a wall charger instead of having to charge them through my computer. One issue I had when I first connected the earbuds to my phone was the left and right weren't connecting properly, but after resetting them by putting them in the charging case and quickly tapping on them four times it fixed the problem. I love that these earbuds have a touch sensor for the interface instead of the click buttons of some of the others I looked at before purchasing these. It was a bit difficult to get use to the controls at first however... a single tap on right earbud turns the volume up and a tap on the left turns it down, double tapping the right pauses/plays the media and left activated the voice assistant on the device you're using (for me it's Google Assistant on my Samsung S9 Plus), tapping and holding your finger on the right earbud skips the song in a music player and left goes to the previous track, and a triple tap on the right turns on the Be Aware audio passthrough whereas a triple tap on the left switches between the three audio profiles (the earbuds announce which profile it switches to which is a nice touch). The voice prompts are great too. When the right earbud turns on (either for single use mode or dual use mode), they earbuds say "Hello" and let you know if you are in pairing mode and when they connect to a device. They also announce when the battery is full (100%-80%), medium (80%-20%), and low (less than 20%). An announcement will also play through the right earbud when the left one get connected to the left earbud. In regards to phone calls, the audio is less than desirable. I've had no complaints from people I talk to that they can't hear me, so the microphones are decent quality. The audio of the phone call however is not the greatest and sounds very quiet even at full volume... almost as though there is a limiter for call volume in the earbuds. All other audio comes through the earbuds perfectly! So only things I have to complain about for these earbuds are the call audio volume, the length of the charging cable, and the controls. I would recommend memorizing the different touch commands on the earbuds, especially if you're going to use these as workout earbuds as I had to keep the manual nearby in order to remember the touch controls for a bit. The length of the charging cord isn't the greatest, but it you have the budget you can buy a USB-A extender to plug into a wall charger or computer to have them on the desk... however I would have rather had the case have wireless charging built in. For the call quality on smartphones, I'd recommend seeing if there's a sound boost option in your phone app to amplify the audio if you have any issues with the call being quiet during a call. Other than those few gripes listed above, these earbuds are a great product and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good pair of fully wireless earbuds. They have great sound quality for music, podcasts, and audiobooks. Great product and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. The only other issue I'd like to see resolved is the ability to use either left or right earbuds alone instead of being limited to using the right one alone. Edit (March 23, 2020) So about a week ago I took out my earbuds from my ear and found the foam tips were torn and started falling apart, and I'm not entirely sure if it was from extended use or a flaw in the material. I switched to the large silicon tips for the earbuds and they fit perfectly for noise isolation if you're looking for them. Also saw you can buy additional tips (whether third party or by JLabs), which include foam tips. I'm going to stick with the silicon tips for now until I have the budget to buy more of the foam ones. Still a great product! Edit 2 (January 10, 2021) So I take back what I said previously... these earbuds are only good for if you want the case to break. Back in June (haven't had much time to update this review since I've been busy with college), I opened up the case after my brother's dog accidently bumped them off the bed onto my soft carpeted floor and I found that the case had broke... the plastic where the earbuds sat had separated from the body and the wires inside connecting everything to the contacts were broken. Note my bed was only about 3 feet off the ground at the time, and somehow that short drop down onto the carpet floor seemed to break the case. Luckily I got the protection plan Amazon offers and they were able to help me resolve the problem. If you want to get these, definitely get the protection plan!!!

*Updated Review* - 5 stars to 0 stars; Stopped working after a month, company a pain to deal with!
*Updated Review* You can see my original review below. I was super in love with these headphones and thought I was all set. However, after a few weeks the left headphone would intermittently cut out. I initially thought it was just some weird interference or something as it was random. However, it became persistent. The only way to get it to connect was to put the left piece back into the case to turn it off and try again. This is an issue if you're out on a run and don't have the case. Worse yet, was soon after, even if I was able to get a consistent connection, the headphones would "tear" and the audio wouldn't be in sync. This caused an echo that made listening to anything impossible. And the worst of all was JLab has been terrible to deal with. When I contacted them they said I could return them no problem. "Great!" I thought. However, they insisted I pay for return shipping, even though their product was defective. When I pushed back they stopped contacting me. I finally had to get Amazon to make things right with them. It was a great three weeks when they worked. I was willing to chalk it up to bad luck and try another pair. However, JLab customer service has forced me to go elsewhere. So these are a hard pass for me now based on lack of quality control and an even harder pass due to the type of company Jlab is. *Original Review Below* I was looking to upgrade my exercise headphones from the typical bluetooth earbuds that are connected by a wire to truly wireless earphones. I have "in-betweener" sized ears, so do best with over the ear style headphones. I tried some of the in-ear only, but once I started sweating, they'd work their way out on a run, or I'd have to futz with them constantly to prevent this. I was about to pull trigger on PowerBeats Pro, but wasn't looking forward to the $250 price, especially since their use would be limited. Fortunately these showed up, and I took a chance on the pre-order. I should note that I will literally only use these for working out which includes running and indoor bike riding on a trainer. So I don't need audiophile headphones (have expensive ones for when I'm listening to music leisurely or watching movies, etc). I also will only use these with a Garmin Fenix 5+ and Kindle Fire 8. So I cannot comment on compatibility/integration with iOS or true Android devices. They arrived and I got them paired to both devices with zero problem. Sound is just OK. Good enough for my needs, but not audiophile quality. But they're also only $70, so I'm not expecting much. I do wish the over the ear part was a soft rubber that had some flex. It's plastic and stiff. They do disappear for me once I start working out, but when I first put them on, or am not actively distracted by working out I notice them. I think this is also contingent on ear shape, etc. Again, it doesn't hurt or anything, just a minor weakness. Half star off for this since they are overall comfortable. What I love about them is they work seamlessly with my Garmin Fenix 5+. They pair quickly, and the ear bud controls operate the garmin perfectly. This is great as I can easily skip to next song, adjust volume, pause, etc all without having to mess with the watch. Quick taps to my ears and it does all that I need. The case is also nice and seems to work well. I think it's too big for a pocket, but perfect for gym bag or backpack. Overall I'm really pleased with these. Money well spent. Time will tell if they hold up and how long the battery in the case lasts for charging them. But one week in with them and I'm satisfied. I'll update this review after a few months, but as of now these are highly recommended, especially how well they integrate with my Garmin.

Inconsistent Charging
I have been the owner of two sets of Apple Beats Pro over earbuds. However, I moved away from them because of the inconsistent charging. Basically, while the small post that sits on the circular charge base is a good idea in practice it is not reliable. I constantly had to jiggle the buds to get them to sit and charge. I went looking for an alternative. I happened upon the Jlab JBuds Air Sport and thought that since they lay flat the ability for them to sit consistently on these small posts/pads would happen. Alas, that is not the case. After only a couple of months, the left bud will suddenly stop charging. I can sit them both in the case and both blue lights will begin to blink. After about 5 minutes the left earbud just stops blinking while the right one continues. At first, I thought it was because the left was fully charged but that is not the case. If you open the case, and gently jiggle the left bud it will start charging again only to stop after a couple of minutes. This is extremely frustrating as I go to wear them and then the "battery low" message comes on. Overall I like the design, they pair easily, fit well and the sound is good. But you just can't count on them being charged when you need them.

Long battery, good quality earbuds
I have had these for a couple of months and love them. I initially had the memory foam eartips on them and found the earbuds uncomfortable. I mistook that for being a part of the design, but really I just needed to switch to a smaller eartip. Since then, they have been extremely comfortable for my wearing them 6+ hours a day. I have charged them twice fully in a couple of months, using them frequently. Often when I'm wearing them I have to tell people around me that I absolutely cannot hear them if music is playing. The Be Aware setting is a little grating because it elevates all tings and noises around you, so I haven't actually used it walking on the street because I fear I would go mad. Be careful with the case!! I think mine got jostled sometime and the right side stopped charging. The charging connection is what tells the case to activate the earbud and connect it to play audio, so that earbud was useless. I got a replacement very fast through Amazon and the new pair works just as well, except for the notable difference that now I have to have both earbuds out and joined in order for it to seek bluetooth connection. Something you should know is that if you turn off your bluetooth setting you will need to put the earbuds back in the case and pull them back out to re-connect. Aside from that, very happy with this purchase

Still work after submerged in water!
These earbuds are amazing. I took them out of my ears and stuck them in my gym shorts pockets (without the case) and forgot about them. They went through the washing machine. I figured they’d be toast. I picked them up out of the washing machine and the lights on the earbuds came on, and I was shocked. I thought “surely, even if the lights came on they’re still not gonna work- There won’t be any sound coming out of these.” I was wrong! I charged them, stuck them in my ears and they work just fine! Not sure if they’re gonna last a long time or not machine, but I just can’t believe that they were able to go through the washing machine and still function at all. I also have always thought that the sound quality is great with these. I’m really surprised that they don’t get at least 4 1/2 stars from reviewers.

good quality, not too loud, battery reasonable.
Great headphones, good options for sound, don't go very loud, but Max volume is decent, but not so loud it gives me tendinitis. The lusten to your surrounding feature is cool but destroyed by a light wind. Comfortable and they stay in, so can't complain. The touch system on the outside is a bit jenky but also unessisary, so no actual complaints about it. Battery life is reasonable, won't last a full day, but with the case as long as you put them in it when ever you're done it'll be fine. Been using them for a month now and very happy with it.

Reliable and good quality earphones
I was hesitant at first to buy these earbuds given the other reviews for this product, however after using the product on a daily basis for the last few weeks i have a couple of things to note: - the earbuds, at least to me, have good sound quality and noise isolation. There isn't noise cancelling on this particular model so if its a big issue then consider the noise canceling model by JLab. I use them for walking to work and can hardly hear the traffic when walking alongside busy roads. - the volume of the earbuds can be independently adjusted on the device you are using to get your music (e.g. phone or PC) and on the device themselves. In other words, to reach maximum volume you have to turn it up on the device AND the earbuds - this adresses some of the comments about them being quiet. - i have had no connectivity issues to the charging case, and would think by quickly wiping down the charging contacts after every workout that this has and will continue to prevent issues. - some people couldnt find the additional earbud tips, these are located attached to the plastic insert if you fold it out! I am very happy with this product and would definitely reccomend them for good fit and sound quality.

Great product. Pathetic warranty claim procesing.
Good product.....one of the WORST customer care service I have ever seen. I bought this product about an year back. About a month back (or more), one of the ear pieces stopped working. Contacted their customer care. The customer care asked me to record some videos as per their process. Did that and got a commuication on 24 may stating theyare PROCESSING MY CLAIM. Since then, NOTHING. Every time I write to them I get a standard response - "We apologies. We have escalated....we are out of inventory" But guess what, I can literally buy the same product on AMAZON today. So.....if you like dealing with such problems, I would say GO FOR IT. The product is really good though.
