Great Product but did not suit me
Not sure these are for me. I thought my sleepless nights and stress could be cured a little with magnesium - that's what I was told, perhaps I lacked magnesium. Turns out - they made me sleep BUT made me pee up to 3 times a night, and then made me feel very groggy and spaced out the next day. Sadly, I obviously don't react well to Magnesium. However, the ingredients are pure - no nasties, just don't suit me. Perhaps I don't need magnesium?

Solid quality magnesium that is easy to take and gentle on the stomach. I have noticed a difference with relaxation in the evenings and feeling less run down. Capsules are a decent size and the tub lasts well

Great sleep
First time taking this. Wow its really sending me to sleep so it's great. So i try to take in the evenings only. I did try taking it during the day but made me feel abit lazier/sleepier - however when I do go to the gym after taking it I can still pump with no issue. So far so good, just need to time it well in my opinion.

Low in Benzene, but expensive.
Most but not all Pure Encapsulation supplements are low in Benzene which I need as I have chronic Lyme Disease as Benzene drives Lyme and other diseases. Benzene is in everything to-day eg., makeup, hair care, food, pollution. These supplements are very expensive when you have to take 5-6 different supplements per month as UK Doctors don’t know how to treat Lyme when it is undiagnosed originally and Chronic.
