Okay product but will probably arrive damaged.
Two of the mugs arrived broken, and they weren’t even wrapped for protection, so of course these fragile ceramic mugs broke. The only way I can get my money back is if I return all 4 mugs. Very disappointed.

Broken
Two of my mugs came one completely shattered and the other with the handle broken off. Very disappointed. I will be contacting them to see about a refund. The color is cute though.

Absolutely love these ! They are so sturdy and so great ! They fit on my mug stand and the rustic farmhouse look fits in perfectly. These will not disappoint, I would order them again if needed.

Beautiful!
These are absolutely beautiful mugs! They arrived all in one piece, nothing broken but they did take a really long time to ship. The size and weight are really good. They feel like really expensive, quality mugs. The colour is gorgeous and I love that I can use them for my vinyl decals,. I just wish the shipping was faster and that the white colour was avail...it's been out of stock forever! Please bring WHITE back in stock! But I will be ordering another set of the mint green. LOVE LOVE LOVE them.

Very fragile
I bought these almost exactly one year ago and all of them are broken now. None of my other mugs got broken after years of use, unless I drop them or something.They are so fragile they can break when rubbing with a dish sponge. They also crack when you pour hot water in them.I would not recommend these, they are very low quality.

One came broken
I was really disappointed to open the box and find a handle snapped off! While I can understand things may break during shipping, there was no markings on the box to indicate it was fragile nor was there anything inside the box to protect the mugs. I'm a little frustrated. The other three mugs are nice. They are a good size and the colour is as pictured. Some of the black marks are a little messy but all in all seem good.

Nice oversized mugs.
Pleasing color and a good quality oversized mug, fits 2 k-oups. Nice while sitting outside in the mornings, you dont have to run in for a second cup.

Had to order these twice first shipment was broken in transport and second one of the mugs was chipped other than that look great
