What an awesome treasure. I'm really happy I stumbled upon it. Its so cutting edge in the food world. I sent a copy to my cooking teacher. I'm going to subscribe to it, really well done....except maybe for the gratuitous, unnecessary "f-bombs"Thank you

A "can't miss" magazine for foodies
Every essay is interesting in its own way (this has been true of most of the previous issues). Fun, provocative, educational. Anyone "into" food should read this magazine
