I have tried many many many different supplements meant to help you relax and cope with stress and such, and this has hands down been the best and most effective one. Most of the time I take it there is a noticeable difference within half an hour. I feel calmer, more relaxed and focused, my energy levels stabilize (if I'm wired I get calmer), never had any weird side effects. Other adaptogens I've tried helped but none have been as effective as this supplement for whatever reason, and the non-adaptogen ones (e.g. GABA, L-theanine) also help but just nowhere near as effective. It also helps me sleep when I'm wired at night which is amazing. And I love the Gaia brand, high quality ingredients and effectiveness. If you're looking for a supplement to help you manage your stress levels or to help you sleep, definitely recommend this one.

My husband an I absolutely LOVE this product! We homeschool 5 children and run a business, so staying even-tempered is a must. I originally got this for my husband because he was struggling with managing outbursts of anger when he was stressed and overstimulated. Knowing the benefits of the herbs in this product I decided we would give it a try. It has helped him immensely! It also helped him to give up alcohol as a means to relax. I noticed that I could feel cortisol spikes at certain times during the day so I decided to try it myself. I noticed that I would feel somewhat sleepy and euphoric about an hour after taking it so I started using 1 during the day around 10:00am (I usually have a cortisol spike around that time), and 1-2 at bedtime. I have had much more refreshing sleep due to improved relaxation at the end of the day, and as a result, I feel ready to handle the stress of the day. As a bonus reducing my cortisol has also improved my body Oder.

Definitely a good product, just very expensive. Wish the price would come down!

I buy these for my 14 year old daughter and I notice she has been in a lighter mood.
