I used to be in the seafood business. When it comes to canned seafood like clams, oysters, conch/ whelk/ scungilli, etc. one of the most important factors for determining value is drain-weight. In other words, how much meat you have left after draining the juice. Roland Conch has a very high drain weight. The flavor is on point too. My only nudge is that it's a little more chewy than the LaMonica brand Scungilli. But what the heck; it's CONCH, right? All Roland products are always a good value.

These work for me. Other brands come in much larger fluid amount cans. All good products.but the larger size cans make too much for my needs.However, I will never again purchase food from Amazon. Amazon does not package cartons correctly. All cans were dented. I like Amazon. However buying food products from Amazon with their no return policy is a deal breaker.

Tastes like clams. But bigger and better.

The conch was tough to chew - do not recommend

I highly recommend. Great flavor! Lots of product in a can, weight is not in water is in the actual product! Very pretty and appealing to the eye. Cooked to perfection. I will buy again!
