No Microphone. Which I thought was kind of dumb but the speakers are better than I thought they would be.

if you mean, if the camera works in skype, the answer is yes, it is one of the best webcam I've seen (the ones that come integrated into monitortes). The drivers are on the CD, but you have to have an external microphone, because the monitor does not bring integrated microphone.
