my 800 series leaks product on counter any suggestions how too stop?

Mine does too. I just exercise care, keep the cleaning rag under the dispenser and keep it clean.

Is there an option to dispense sanitizer solution vs. soap?

The 800 series Bag-In-Box dispenser can accommodate soap and sanitizer refills; however, we recommend using the soap refills in the GOJO dispensers as most customers associate soap with the GOJO dispenser. There is a separate Purell Bag-In-Box dispenser (SKU 9621-12) which we recommend for hand sanitizer.

Can i use 9128-12 bags?

Hello, yes this dispenser is designed for the corresponding bags.

It comes with everything needed. A full "double-sided" tape back and holes and screws to do that if preferred.
