Defective/Factory reject
This swing is a second or defective product. Mine is not true to form, its warped. Badly warped! My installer and I worked hard to get it to an acceptable state. I wish I had returned this swing. Also, defects in the polywood too. Hard to clean. So beware if you consider this swing!

This is a fantastic swing! I mounted it under my deck on my lower back patio using Jungle Gym Kingdom 3"x3/8" swing hangers from Amazon. It looks great and is beyond durable!

Well worth the price!
We are very pleased with this swing. Easy to assemble. It’s very comfortable with the rounded edge on the seat. Just wipe down with a wet cloth, that’s my kind of maintenance! Highly recommend. And fast delivery too! Order one, you’ll love it!

there were missing parts
The swing arrived on time and the assembly/installer arrived on time only to find out that several screws in the pre-assembled parts were missing. Now I'm waiting to find out what can be done and how the two very heavy boxes can be picked up and returned.
