L glutamine is a god send. I use this for my gut lining and muscle recovery, it’s an essential in my gym routine. While it seems there’s a slight taste to this it is so minor that it shouldn’t be overpowering. I mix it into my BCAAs and can’t taste it. This is a great value compared to other glutamine products on the market.

UPDATE: After more and consistent use, this does seem to be curbing my sugar cravings. I use 2 scoops. Yay!The pros: this is a good value for the money, this stirs into a drink easily and does not clump.The cons: will add a slightly bitter flavor to water, at least to my taste buds.How I use it: I add 2 scoops to a powdered greens drink. I tried with water, but couldn't do it. I am about a week in and maybe am noticing a subtle difference with my stomach issues. I bought this to reduce the "leaky gut" symptoms and to help with my joint pain. My joint pain does not feel much different, but it is winter and I imagine I will need to have weeks and months of use under my belt to see a difference. I do think I will continue using this product though, on my endless quest to feel like my best self.

I bought the blue raspberry and it tasted good. Good value and seems to work. I'm a believer.
