There we stood, 3 of us (each with tools in hand). What a disappointment! Unpacking & assembly required 1 person - no tools. I did get to add water though. Seriously, we've received many compliments on the fountain. This is our second yard/patio fountain (large yard) so we wanted something a little different & that's what we got. We have the pump set high, so it sounds like splashing water compared to the Zen sounds of our other one. It's set up on additional square concrete stepping stones which match the base of the fountain so it sits a majestic 38 inches, surrounded on 3 sides with ferns, palms & other lux plants. This is a very welcome sound & sight in 100 degree plus California. It's all so realistic & refreshing, Even Lulu (our Pom) approves. Apparently she wants to know what's in the jars.

We have this rustic fountain sitting in a corner of our newly expanded patio. It looks absolutely charming and creates a soothing ambiance with the sound of cascading water. Its lights are a bonus at night. Highly recommend.

Received this fountain about 1-2 months ago. It arrived undamaged and in good order. Assembly was pretty easy, although the provided illustrations are very small and next-to-useless. We found that just reading through things, and then basically dry-fitting everything first, actually worked better for us. With that, things went together fairly quickly, and the unit started up without any problems. To help alleviate water flow problems, it is essential to take the time to make sure the unit is level. The pump is quite adequate and capable of putting out a strong, heavy flow of water, so be prepared to adjust the on the pump until the water falls from the top bowl to the lower ones without excess splashing. Also, be sure to adjust the upper bowl (left and right) to make sure the water falls toward the center of both lower bowls - it is easy to let it get skewed, causing water to splatter.The appearance and operation are top-notch, as the coloration ended up being just what we wanted. The two lights in the lower bowls cast a beautiful glow at night, with the glow also visible in the sidewalls of both lower bowls. Between that and the sound of the water, it has been a perfect fit in front of our home. To keep the water level properly filled, I tapped into a nearby drip irrigation circuit, extended a line into the water basin through the cord opening, and attached drip head that had an adjustable spray on it. After playing around with it over a few days, we found a setting that keeps the water basin filled and the pump covered.My only concerns have been relatively minor. First, I could not see where there was a way to order replacement bulbs - running 24/7, I am sure these will have to be replaced sooner rather then later. Some information on that would be very helpful. Second, with the bulbs running 24/7, they are "on" all day long. You can't see them in the daytime, so it seems to be a bit of a waste and may shorten the overall life of the bulbs. Some kind of dusk-dawn feature for the lights would be nice.In our climate in the PacNW, I am sure the fountain will have to be drained and stored for winter. Thankfully, the fountain is fairly light and not too bulky. The "problem" will be in making sure to get the fountain properly re-installed and level once the next spring. I have considered an underlying "base" using a large rectangular paver to possibly make this easier.Overall, this fountain is a nice addition, and we think it was worth the extra money to get the lighted version of this design. There is a similar, unlighted one, but the first night with our new fountain out front proved the lighting was well worth it. If we had it to do over again, I believe this still would be the item we would pick. Except for the written instructions, this would be a five-star item.

I bought this fountain in 2021 and loved it. It's a beautiful fountain. Sadly last year the pump and lights quit working, so it only lasted 2 years. I bring the fountain inside and store it during the fall and winter months so it actually only lasted about 12 months. I was able to buy a replacement pump but could not find one with an adaptable extension for the lights. The cable to power the lights is attached to the pump. So I was able to get the fountain working again but without the lights. My other issue is that last summer the paint started chipping. Its not nearly as beautiful as it was 3 years ago. So if you are looking for a beautiful fountain that will only work and look good for a couple of years I recommend it. I was expecting more for the price.

Exactly as pictured and described, the fountain is perfect for my flower bedin a Tuscan courtyard. Typical Chinese assembly instructions required alittle thought to figure out :) , but it works beautifully with a perfect flow of water.Love the finish and just hope it doesn't fade like one I bought last year whichturned purple in a few months. It came from Lamps Plus just like the other one,so I know they will refund the money if the finish doesn[t hold up a year (althoughit was admittedly a hassle to find a large box, do without a fountain in its place).

Was a Mother’s Day gift. Came with a hole where it leaked out the side & leaking out the bottom so it won’t hold water. Is very pretty. Too costly to not work. Have to wait 48 hrs for return approval, which I don’t appreciate considering the cost of this item. I don’t usually have to wait this long for a return.

The fountain is beautiful, seems durable and weighty. The pump is twice the size of previous ones I’ve owned. The lighting is very nice. So easy to set up. I did end up tying the lights connection to the pump cord just inside the access panel so that I could Fill it fuller w/o the water touching the electrical connection. It hangs down fairly low. As to how well it will hold up in our harsh desert climate remains to be seen.

The media could not be loaded. Love it! I back up to a busy street and the sound created from this water feature is perfect to mask the sound from the road. It was easy to assemble, sounds wonderful and looks great at night with the lights.
