Great product but hard to see where you are with measurements in bottle and dropper as the liquid is thick and dark!!! Tastes OK.

1. time ordered _- The taste is lovely, I really like it, it's unique flavoring, but it's perfect for me! I know some people didn't care for it but to be honest I have never tasted anything like it and yet to me, I love the flavor, when I get over stressed even at work, I just take a small amount under my tongue and WOW nice calming effect, doesn't take long either, when I want to sleep and my brain won't shut up, do too, too much going on, I take a hole dropper about 15 minutes before bed. And I get into bed, and I fall right to sleep no issues at all it's a very calming effect and yes it makes you sleepy on a whole dropper, I Love the effect, no side effects, and I love the fact it's all Natural. The effect of it is wonderful, setting this baby up on monthly for sure!

I’ve been dealing with some anxiety recently and I decided to give this supplemental a try and man.. it definitely helps me. Although it’s not recommended to take consistently for a long period of time it’s still worth a try! Especially for dealing with stressful times, it’s not a cure but it’s very helpful with temporary stress. It’s very calming and helps to level out my anxiety attacks. Also helps me to wind down at night. Again, not a long term solution but it’s very helpful! The taste is very pungent.. it’s like the most intense raisin that you’ve ever tasted in your life but you get used to it!
