I am so very pleased and would purchase from again.Original review: I was very pleased with this baby monitor at first! The first few weeks were great! Easy to set up, easy to navigate, showed me my baby... not much else to it. It performed as any baby monitor should.However, after about one month the thing refuses to hold a connection. It will lose signal CONSTANTLY! It’s near impossible to actually keep a watch on my baby as even when she does start crying I can’t even hear or sit it but in short one second glimpses ever 10 seconds or so when the monitor reconnects finally.Mind you I am 10 feet maybe from her bedroom!One of the reasons why I bought this monitor and not another was because of the range on it, but it seems to be the worst part.I will say it does have a decent enough picture quality, but if your looking for something super clear and HD, this is not the monitor for you. Also I don’t think the night vision is bad at all, in fact I see better in the night mode vs in the day time during my child’s nap.I would love this, but it’s just totally unacceptable with the service/connection being lost constantly

*UPDATE* I still dislike the monitor BUT as for the company, it’s customer service and hopefully it’s other products I’ll be adding another star. It’s nice feeling like I can spend my money and not feel completely duped when it comes out different from what was expected.This monitor was a pretty big disappointment for me. The night vision, as shown in the photo, is pretty crappy. I seen some great reviews about it and am shocked to see how inaccurate they were. I can see a shadow of my son but barely much of anything. It’s mainly dark outlines. My daughter will be born soon and the main reason we’ll need a monitor is for night time so this will definitely be getting returned.

I was on a strict budget and when I ordered this I thought I was going to receive an okay super basic maybe even not great video monitor because of how low the price is but I just needed something that would give me some type of image on my little one when I’m not in the room. Boy was I wrong, this monitor is great!! Super easy to use. You can use it without WiFi which is nice because you don’t have to go through a confusing process to get them hooked up to the WiFi. Both camera and monitor have a charger. The night vision is great which is normally what it’s on because even for naps during the day I keep her room dark. And the night vision is automatic it will change on its own when it senses darkness. You can turn on music on the camera by using the monitor. So if I hear my baby start to fuss I can turn on a lullaby on the camera that’s next to her and I can send that music command directly from the video monitor. You can also speak to the baby. We’ve had no issues yet. It’s a great video monitor for the price!

I purchased this so I could watch my grand daughter while sleeping when she stays with me. I knew it wouldn't be something that was used daily and didn't want to put alot of money into it but I still wanted to be able to see her in her crib while sleeping. Because it was so cheap, I didn't expect it to be high quality so I went in with low expectations. So far, it has proven me wrong. My daughter paid $150 for her monitor and I have to say even with a smaller screen, the picture is clearer than the expensive one. It picks up every sound in the room, I swear you can hear her breathe. I read the other reviews on this product and they were good so I went for it! So glad I did! You won't be disappointed!

I needed a monitor after moving our daughter to a different level of the house and looked through tons of reviews. For the price point it does good enough but definitely has some areas that need improvement.Pro's-1. Clear screen even with night vision2. Decent battery life3. Multiple options4. When increasing volume it doesn't beep every time5. Compact parent unitCon's-1. The range in our 900 Sq ft house is touchy, if I put the parent unit in our bedroom window it breaks up constantly. The pause in sound is annoyingly loud.2. During the night the feedback is bothersome. Which means I have to turn it down and then I don't hear my daughter crying or calling out.3. The parent base has a "kickstand" that is plastic and not very usable. It clicks into place but doesn't really stay put.4. While I love the temperature reading it can be very inaccurate which I find annoying.5. While setting up the date and time is simple, it can be a pain to figure out how to back out of the menu. Personally I turned the entire unit off entirely to exit, which is a waste of time especially if you make a mistake.Overall it is a decent unit despite all its flaws and I didn't really expect much for the price I paid. I wish there were more camera's available but I couldn't seem to find any.

Any positive review you see was in exchange for an Amazon gift card. These monitors are crap. After purchase you’ll get a poorly worded email saying that “I’m a father of three and could really use a good review”.1) The receiver emits white a noise at all times, the only way it’s not annoying is if you have the volume on 1, in which case you can barely hear your child. The “Vox” functionality only works for the video, so the noise is still there.2) Night vision is choppy at best. Often to get it to work I have to go in and press on the monitor a few times for it to kick on.3) The talk back functionality is such poor quality my child can never understand what I say.4) Battery life is pretty good5) Range is pretty good. Reaches from 3rd floor to basement.Customer service will do anything to get you to not leave a poor review, even ship you a new one for free. New one was just as bad.
