I've been using this before workouts and it's been a solid middle ground between no caffeine and those pre-workouts that make you feel like you can hear colors. My friend gave me a serving of hers and I absolutely loved it compared to traditional preworkout so I knew I had to buy some for myself. Normally with preworkout you get super itchy and you feel awake, but not necessarily energized. This however I didn’t feel itchy at all and I felt a little bit hyper almost. I talked a little faster and felt like I could keep going with my workout even when I was finished. It’s sort of like went a really good coffee hits, but without the jitters. I loved the effectiveness of it and the flavor (blueberry lemonade) was very light and easy to drink compared to normal preworkout. My only disappointment is the packaging. I had just opened it for the first time in my photos and as you can see it is at most half full. It seems incredibly deceitful to make the packaging so large when it is only filled halfway. Typical preworkout will be filled about 75-80% of the way.
