I have used many brands of eye makeup remover. This is the best one for non-water proof mascara & eye shadow. I have never found any eye makeup remover to take off all of my mascara and eye shadow is “one sweep” and don’t know why some manufacturers advertise this. This one takes it all off when applied with a moistened cotton pad and swiped over my eyes until gone. It’s non-oily which is important to me & does not tug at my eyes & it does not sting. I don’t lose any eye lashes, it’s very gentle. I do wash my face after using it, but I don’t find any more eye makeup coming off. This gets the job done! My only complaint is that the price has gone up quite a bit! Nevertheless, I’ll keep using it until there is something better.

I have used this brand of of eye makeup remover since I was 16 and I am now 70.It can remove the heaviest caked on mascara with ease. Personally I use the non oilily they do make an oil based type also. It is very gentle on eyelids and under the eyes. I have used other brands, but I always return to Mabeline.

Definitely does its job as a makeup remover! Takes off my eyeshadow and eyeliner no problem without irritating my eyes even at the lash line and waterline :)However I'm only giving this product 4 stars because it is quite oily and makes my skin feel greasy after removing makeup :( It's really not that big of a problem though, because makeup removing time is usually followed by shower time anyway hahaha.This little bottle will definitely last you a while!Worth the price in my opinion.I would recommend this to a friend.EDIT: I recently made the switch from makeup remover solutions (such as this Maybelline one) to makeup wipes and I am sorry to say that I would no longer recommend this product simply because I find wipes to be much, much better. My wipes take off all my waterproof eye makeup so easily and effectively WITHOUT the greasy residue this product gives me and my face feels clean and fresh without even using a cleanser afterwards. I will not lower my rating for this product but my days of makeup remover solutions are over.
