Call it a "permanent" 9H pencil. NOT a pen...
Not AT ALL what I expected... Other reviews were misleading...This "inkless pen" DOES work, but you must press VERY hard and the results are aBARELY VISIBLE light gray trace (think 9H pencil)... This may have some use for artists looking for acreative tool for light "shading," but other than that, not very useful. CERTAINLY not asa "pen..."

GOOD but...
I bought this on a deal thru Touch of Modern. It does write as it says. It is stylish but I worry that the tip will wear away and all you will have is an aluminum body of the pen. The tip screws off but I haven't found replacement nibs.
