Highly unreliable
Readings on the same person vary greatly. Instructions are only in Chinese. I tried to return item and was given many, many steps and buttons to push. Once we finished that, I took my temperature and it still varied a great deal. The owner told me it was now fixed, even though it still wasn't working. He told me to reset the device by pushing the buttons each time in the manner he had helped me with. It was totally confusing, plus it didn't work. One time it read "high" for a collogue and immediately following, read 97.7 for her. The worst part is that the seller refused to refund our money. We are a small child care center and need an accurate thermometer to remain open during the pandemic. Don't buy this product or anything from this seller.

You get what you pay for
Trying to use this every day. Very finicky. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't

Inconsistent readings
It revealed inconsistent readings on my forehead several times in a row. I will try it again later when I feel better but if it does the same thing I am returning it.

Not sure I would trust it for a good temperature reading.
The temperature reading seems to vary a lot every time you take the temperature multiple times in a role.
