How to use this tart cherry concentrate softgels

You have 1 tab morning, 1 evening. Very good for Uric Acid issues. However much cheaper on other sites, if you are ok making payments on other smaller sites & waiting for a longer time for delivery.

What reaction are you looking for? If you are looking for Effect against Uric Acid, increase the dosage to 2 tabs thrice a day till you feel better. Later can be reduced to 1 tab morning & evening. However since it’s fresh cherry season, nothing like fresh cherries. That too you need to consume approx 250 GMS min, per day.
