The Macadamia, together with the pecan nuts, is one of the largest and most aromatic nuts of its kind. Origin and workmanship: we source our Macadamia nuts from small peasants from Kenya. Our Macadamia nuts convince not only with their size, but also with their aromatic and strong taste and their delicate consistency. They are harvested gently and never heated at any time over 42 °C. We guarantee the best raw food quality. When using pressure technology, the interaction of pressure and time ensures absolute pest relief. Use: if you can make it a habit to give your nuts in lukewarm water on the eve to let them stand/rest overnight, then they will have very good pre-germinated nuts the next morning. If you have germinated more nuts than you need, we recommend that you store them without the water in the refrigerator, or for a longer period of time, it is recommended to dry the nuts on a dry pad, or in the oven again. Germination time is 7 to 24 hours, depending on the food.
