Not enough heat
I really wanted to like this heater. The design is clean and attractive. I liked the fact that there would not be the orange glow like most of the other infrared heaters. Unfortunately, it produced very little heat. One had to be very close to feel anything at all. I measured the power draw with a Kill-A-Watt meter, and at the highest setting, it drew less than 1300 watts. The unit is rated at 1500 watts.The remote worked exactly opposite of the way the instructions described. The highest setting actually drew the least amount of power, and the lowest setting drew the most. The difference in power draw at different settings was much less than one would expect. The unit might have been defective.The manufacturer was very responsive and sent a return address label promptly and issued a full refund. I was a bit puzzled as to why they did not offer to replace the unit, however.One more thing: This unit is heavy, almost 21 lbs., so it needs to be mounted securely.

Produces very little heat. Instructions said to not turn on until fully installed. I should have tested before installing and sent back.

Read good reviews, bought and installed outside. On the high setting produces a very modest amount of heat. Disappointed

The Xbeauty far infrared heater is working well. I only had it for a few weeks but it seems to be working as it was intended. I would recommend this product.
