MMDMMT397 (Box of 10)

I have bought several boxes from these guys. 90% of the time it’s great. But this last box 2 out of the 3 tubings I used got bent. I’ve been using this tubing for over 10 years and never had this many bends in just a few days. Usually it is just a few times a year I’d get a bent cannula. My sugars have ran so high because of the bent cannula. Last night I woke up feeling extremely ill because I was in the 400’s and stayed up all night trying to bring it down. Changed it this morning to find another bent cannula. I literally cannot live like this and am very disappointed in recent box I got.

I purchased this same item from a different company in October and it arrived with only 7 insertion sets in the box that was supposed to have 10. I assumed this was a fluke and tried again, with a different seller. My box arrived yesterday and when I opened it today I discovered the same steal, this time only one was missing. there were 9 of the 10 expected sets in the box. In both cases the box was sealed on the top but one of the flaps was open on the bottom of the box. I'll add a photo of this when I get the chance, also of the lot numbers. The items that DID arrive appear to be perfect. That and the expert and sleek mailing packaging make it three stars even though there seeems to be someone stealing sets prior to packaging it up to mail out!! I mean the outer packaging was very well sealed and would have been difficult to open and put back together, so likely an inside job.I'll likely try another seller only because I can't afford the full insurance price of getting it through medtronic, but this is a pretty crazy pattern!
