I used Debrox ear drops (carbamide peroxide) to loosen the huge ugly tangled chunk of wax, dead skin cells, and stray tiny beard hairs, that had built up over several months of wearing a hearing aid pretty much all the time. I thought my hearing was getting worse. One of those little chinesium camera otoscope “ear cleaning” devices could not dislodge it and started to hurt, with a little blood seeping around it where I tried to pry it loose from the tender innermost part of the ear canal (see my review of the one that helped).But after multiple rounds of Debrox and gentle flushing with 1/4 strength H2O2 in warm water, I could see the tiny bits of the horrible alien embryo in my ear beginning to float out into the sink. Such satisfaction! Sigourney Weaver would be happy!Another check with the tiny ear camera showed me my eardrum, undamaged. And I could hear again and enjoy music! Sweet Stevie Nicks voice! Ella and Satchmo! The Bird Hawkins! Beethoven’s genius! Frank Zappa! ;-)This simple flush system works, and is easy enough to use, leaning over a sink with your elbow from the hand holding it to your ear providing the gutter downspout into the sink. You may need multiple bottles of flush and rounds of debrox to get optimal results. Let the debrox sit in your tilted ear until the bubbling sounds begin to subside for best effect. That is the free oxygen radicals killing the little nasties and loosening the hardened gunk.Very cost effective compared to a trip to the doctor (I am one, but not an ear doctor, and hate waiting for routine care as much as you do).

Wow I’m really surprised at how much I’ve used this product. I’ve been skeptical of these kind of ear cleaning products thinking about the pressure doing damage to your ear drum, but because of the incredibly low price I decided I’d give it a try. Turns out your ears can handle quite a lot of pressure (far more than anything that this’ll provide) and that my fear that an explosion of my eardrum triggered by a spray bottle is actually quite unrealistic. In fact, it’s not painful at all! I would even go as far to say that there is a strong pleasurable experience of relief from the release of pressure all that earwax was creating. Don’t rely on just Q-tip cleaning methods because your just going to push the wax in further into your canal and pack all that wax right on top of that lil thing that lets you have the incredibly amazing ability to listen. Also please don’t be that person who says I don’t have earwax trust me you do it’s just packed in to good no amount of ear swabs will ever be able to complete the job. Get the product, get over your excuses of why you don’t need it or can’t do it and get cleaned out of any nasty stuff you’d rather have out of your ear hole than inside it. I promise you’ll feel like you just got a new set of ears. Pop in your favorite headphones and enjoy the sounds, but most importantly enjoy not taking out your earbuds only to see that ear stuff all over your nice music producing earbuds. Never experience that rather gross and embarrassing situation from happening with the wrong person at the wrong time. I’m happy to say my ears are wax proof and I have 0 worries of sharing my earbuds with a new friend:) as long as they don’t have ear gunk to get on my buds either, and if they do , this is where I’ll direct them to handle that issue. Haaha don’t wait for the date, get those wax free before they know your full of it. Get your kit for a ridiculous low price compared to the product quality. Don’t think so? Look at the other kits and their pricing and you’ll see this one offers so much and more than the others are and it’s actually a reasonable price making it easier for you to say yes to squeaky clean ears. If you don’t buy this for whatever reason your probably a person who says they have no earwax but has ALOT and a cheapskate so in that situation your loss buddy. Me? I’m a proud buyer of this product and I’m looking to buy more products for friends and family. If you were on the fence about purchasing one of these like I was, then I really Hope this helped you make a decision to take action against bad hygiene and be proactive about your health and well-being. Do it for your loved ones if not for yourself. Trust me, they’re tired of letting you borrow their headphones only to throw them away after you return them with your ear markings. Never experience Earwax again!

This ear wax removal kit is easy to use. It's the same thing that doctor's use in their offices. I like that there is a little container that comes with it so I can put it under my ear to catch the water as it comes out. I also like that it comes with extra tips. However, this is kind of a large set so if you have limited cabinet/shelf space in your bathroom, it may not be for you. Additionally, the items arrived on time and they were in tact but the box was crushed and mangled.

The good: nice large bottle, somewhat inexpensive, extra tipsThe bad: a flex hose would be better, you could pump the sprayer with one hand while aiming the sprayer tip with the other. As it is, it’s awkward and hard to direct while your hand is moving. I’m also not sure I trust the tips, damn they look long. I cut some of the length off. It just seems dangerous to put something that long in your ear and have it moving about while you try and pump the spray lever. The picture shows an ear cup to catch the runoff. My kit didn’t come with one, I wait till I’m ready for a shower and do it there.Overall: It hasn’t solved my ear itching problem, and I wish I’d gotten one with a flexible longer hose and safer looking tips. What an amazing product! I am prone to getting nasty wax build-up, to the point that my hearing is effected. Usually when it gets really bad, a trip to my ENT is required. I was really excited to find this product on Amazon. I am glad I did!As soon as the package came, I rushed to give it a try. I was on the verge of having to go and see my ENT for a "deep cleaning." I couldn't be MORE excited and impressed with the product! I carefully followed the instructions, and in just a matter of minutes, my ears were super clean (and more importantly, sound was no longer muffled!).I couldn't recommend any other product but this one (and believe me, I've tried them all)! A great investment! I look forward to having cleaner ears, perfect hearing, more money in my pocket, and no more embarrassing visits to my ENT for an ear wax cleaning!

Should have bought a dollar store spray bottle for use instead of cheap plastic bottle with awful ear plastic nozzles that are not useful nor comfortable to use!No ear wax liquid was included and it takes 2 people to use!Expensive and very cheaply made. Don't waste your $$$
