XVIDA Magnetic Slim Protective iPhone Xr Phone Case (Designed for XVIDA Magnetic Wireless Chargers) - Black

Kudos to this company for monopolizing the market. This case makes your phone useless for about anything else, other chargers, other magnetic holders, etc.The case goes on well, and works very well with the required charging dock sold separately. I bought this setup for my vehicle that I primarily uber and lyft in and it works wonders for that. It is super easy to take on and off and always keeps my phone charged while working.HOWEVER, at home, I have to remove the case to use any other wireless device that I have scattered around my house, yes, i'm too cheap to purchase their home docking station charging pad. At first, I didn't think taking my case off would be a big deal, but it quickly got old, so I quit doing it. Also, I had other magnetic holders for my phone in my other two cars that don't charge my phone. Does this case work with those phone holders? Nope!! I don't care that they don't charge. In those cars I just want to be able to put my phone on in an easy way. Unfortunately each car has a different set up so the different phone mount options (cd slot vs suction cup) are not universal to each vehicle, and even if it was, I like the cord tucked away cleanly and so it would be a pain to relocate the device from vehicle to vehicle. On top of all this, now your phone wants to magnetize to everything. This never happened with other case/magnet holder set ups I've used in the past. Now, if I go grill, I can't set my phone down on the stainless steel grill, nor prep table next to the grill w/o my phone sticking to it. Not sure if that would cause any damage, so I just don't do it.BUT THE ABSOLUTE WORST part about this case, is that IT DOESN'T PROTECT YOUR NEARLY $1000 investment of a PHONE. Most quality cases come up over the edges of the phone so that if you lay the phone flat on its face, the case actually is in contact with the surface its sitting on, not the phone screen, NOT SO WITH THIS CASE! All 4 edges of the phone are exposed and I have damaged of course, as well as the screen of the phone. I just cracked my third screen protector in the short while I've had this phone. In all my years owning iPhones, nearly 10 now I believe, I have never cracked a screen, nor screen protector on any of my phones until I started using this case exclusively. That's really saying something since I've usually gotten my phone cases from the dollar store in the past.My Recommendation, Find a different case/charger combo. I'm sure there are better out there that don't cost as much and are probably better quality!

This bought the iPhone X case, but many of the other reviews are for cases for older iPhones. That confused me at first, because I didn't notice that each review shows the specific model that the person purchased, and I didn't understand the design difference between them. I think it would have been better to separate them into different Amazon listings, so that complaints about the iPhone 7 case aren't in the same place as my positive review of the iPhone X case.Some of the reviews said this case cannot be used with audio headphones, but that is not true for the iPhone X case. I believe the other XVIDA cases for older iPhones covers the lightning port, but the iPhone X case does not cover the lightning port. I have still used the port for both audio and charging.I purchased this case because it is required in order to use the XVIDA Magnetic Qi Wireless Charger/Mount: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BSVXNJDI love using the wireless magnetic mount in my car, and this case makes it possible. If I didn't need the case for that purpose, I would have bought a cheaper case. The case itself is decent but not my favorite. The material is a smooth matte, and I would have preferred a rubber grippy material.

If you have same brand charger, then this is the best magnetic case for it. Works as advertised.

I Recently purchased this XVIDA case for my XS Max in hopes for getting a magnetic case to replace my old Rokform case. In terms of aesthetics, XVIDA wins. It’s extremely slim but lacks in protection. The magnet also really only works well with other XVIDA products so if you expect to just stick your phone on anything metal, don’t. The feel itself of the case feels fairly cheap in my opinion too. I bought the wall mount with this case but already had to return it due to it not being able to hold the weight of my phone on a vertical surface. If you plan on using it on a flat surface or super glue the metal plate to the wall you’ll be fine but it defeats the purpose of it’s designed function.

Though I was just getting another case for my phone. Wanted the magnet bc I have the holder in my car and my phone kept falling off. So I wasn’t really happy about having to spend the extra money for their case too. But I was actually surprised at how much I like it. Just feels right if that makes any sense. Not like slippery plastic. More like grippy rubber. Well done. The case a lone is amazing. The price for it and the car holder is a little pricey. Wish they had a discounted bundle. But over all very happy.

Seems to protect the phone well and the magnetic connection with the XVIDIA Cd slot holder is stronger than what I was using previously from Pitaka. My biggest complaints would be that the back is slippery and a $30 it’s expensive for a case. A similar model from Spigen runs about $12.

I found this case pretty useful. Just one con -- it can't be easily rotated on 90 degrees in car-mount.

Great case! Works perfect with my Apple X iPhone! Love you guys at Xvida...Xvida is a fantastic company with innovative & Superb product line! Lots of value! Interesting I have their 3 Apple Products Charger which works great! Charges 2 Q1 Apple iPhones & an Apple Watch all at once! Apple just announced they scrapped their attempt to manufacture a similar product?!?! The Xvida Charger works great! Apple should buy them

La carcasa es muy bonita se ve buenos materiales el área remarcada pues es muy útil para la carga inalámbrica. Lo único que veo de inconveniente es que cuando uso un iman para el soporte del carro la carcasa parece muy gruesa y no aguanta el peso del celular

Does not fit on magnectic mount xvida

Absurdly convenient. No wires, solid connection, charges fast enough to keep up with GPS. Very impressed.
