I bought this for my wife's 2013 Mini Cooper S.. seemed ideal, because there is nowhere else to put the dang phone, and the vents are round and won't support a vent style holder... this unit is for flat CD player openings and does not expand quite enough and the materials aren't quite strong enough to effectively lock it in place.. it tends to fall out no matter how hard we crank on it.. I would not recommend it for a Mini Cooper at least...

I drive a Mini Cooper and there is no space to put a phone so this was a godsend. This puts my phone in a nice spot. I like that you can adjust it to any angle. The mechanism for getting the phone in and out of the holder is very easy and quick. Hold is steady and secure.

Did not fit my compact disk slot, don't know why. I returned it........ apparently there are different size cd slots. Who knew...........

Great little mount, worth the money!I wish it had an option to use air vents, as some cars this will get in the way of a screen or stereo buttons.

it's better than i expected. At first i put it in the CD player, then later realized it had a tightening screw to keep it in there! I love how when i place it in there it immediately snaps to close and hold it. and I can flip it one way to make it higher or upside down so it hides lower. LOVE IT!

only complaint is that the screw that holds it in the slot is long and i'm afraid it will touch/scratch my touch screen radio/nav.

Really like this product . my smart phone is big size and it fit perfectly .I will recommended this product for everyone .

It only works if you have the rubberized entry. Mine kept coming out of the cd slot.
