Good walking stick
This is a good walking stick. However, it took some time before we could figure out how to open it. The instructions are a little confusing.

Great for us
Easy assembly and easy to carry in our luggage. Both screw on tips came off during hiking and a basket came and did one pole. We hiked approximately 35 miles and they served their purpose. We’ll use them again, regardless of tips and/or baskets.

Love adjustable poles.
Loved the poles. The only negative thing was the tip fell off the first time I used it. Didn’t realize it until after the hike. Bought 6 replacement tips for $6.35.

Good piles for the price.
Moderately sturdy. Would be fine for added balance when walking anywhere except steep and rugged terrain. A little hard to assemble and collapse.

Great our hase
Daughter took them on her Grand Canyon trip. They fit great in her luggage/backpack and weren’t bulky or heavy. She loves them.

Great for the price and part time hikers!
We have hiked Yellowstone, Glacier and in Sedona. But we were going to the Appalachian Trail in GA and everyone else in the group was bringing walking sticks so I decided to bring some just in case. So glad I did and they were well worth it. Others in my part spent way more needlessly. These were great. It was a little tricky figuring out how to make them straight at first you need to pull them so a little button pops out.

Solid, solid trail running pokes if your under 185lbs
I’m going to go all 5 here. Bought these poles for a 53k with 5,000 feet of elevation gain. I put them in my drop bag at mile 26 and was so stoked to get them out. Used them for the first time in the race (not recommended). Weigh 183 pounds and I put all my weight on these poles no problem! I pushed them to the limit without them breaking so if you weigh under 185 I don’t see you having any issues with these bad boys! Can’t promise anything for you big guys as they have some give in them when you apply all your weight (hard to explain in txt) solid but will vibrate on hard impact (if that makes sense)

Stabilize/knee injury helpers
I love my hiking poles, I have a knee injury and hiking was getting painful. These poles reduced the pressure on every step and they help me stabilize while coming downhill. 4 Months 5 days a week of use and they are still in great condition. Just wearing of the rubber at bottom, but is normal in hiking due to rocks friction.
