These are a good size and very comfortable. Able to absorb a heavy leak but suggest the barrier isn't as dry as could be. Durable and good value.

I've always used Tena but they have become so expensive. I decided to give these a try as they are somewhat cheaper. They fit very well ( xl) and they are very absorbant with no leakage. I will buy them again.

The size was perfect and didn't feel too bulky. They work perfectly for my personal overnight protection as with my current medication I don't always wake up in time to make my way to the bathroom

I got these because the claimed absorbency volume is so much better than that of another brand specifically made for men, and are so much cheaper. However, I did not notice when ordering that these are for a unisex use so the padding has a different distribution area that is not so right for me. Never mind, they will come in useful but maybe not so much in that regard because they fit too low below the waist to stay in place on their own. I don't regret buying them because I'm now more informed about this alternative to the more famous brand.Eamonn
