So thrilled to receive my Medical ID braclet before scheduled. Super easy to adjust to fit. Engraving was just right. Quality material and comfortable to wear. I am Deaf so this gives me a little comfort that in and emergency the first responders will know why I don't answer them. Very important. I tried to get for another company never showed up. Only USA from now on. I will buy another in a different color just for fun. I got black and rose gold tone. Very cool.

This is a very well made product and it arrived faster than I expected. Comes with a lifetime guarantee. It has a really long band so you can cut it down to your size for a custom fit. I ordered the maximum 5 lines of text on the smaller women's band. I now wish I would have ordered it in the larger size so the text would be more visible and readable. It's very small on mine. Or maybe I should have only used 3 lines so the text would be larger. Or maybe I should have ordered a white background with white letters so it would stand out. Maybe that would have helped it show up better too. I had to zoom in close to send the photo. The purpose of the ID is for someone to be able to see it in case of emergency. I'm not sure mine is going to be easily seen unless there are really bright lights and someone gets really close to it. None of this diminishes the quality of the product, just helpful tips if you decide to order one.

Road ID fits any wrist size with its adjustable clasp...my husband had a hard time finding a bracelet to fit his wrist...most bracelets look great, but they’re not serving the purpose...with ROAD ID your bracelet fits snug on your wrist and the tag is very well designed to see a medical condition...

Great durable quality and beautifully crafted. Band was larger than expected, but was easily cut down to size. Highly recommend for anyone looking for active wear ID band that can easily be used for formal events as well.

I like the fact that I feel much safer with medical and contact information available at all times via the Road ID bracelet. In fact, I had two friends purchase the Road ID bracelet shortly after they saw mine.I wish the printing (case font) on the woman's bracelet was a bit larger as it is a bit hard to read. I have won the Road ID bracelet continuous for about a month now and the bracelet has not scratched and is comfortable to wear.
