What the Ladybird Heard Book and Toy Gift Set Hardcover – 5 Sept. 2019

My son loved the book and toy so much we had to buy another when the ladybird went missing.The book is good with easy to parrot lines that he loves to join in with.The toy is small but well made and is lovely and soft.Would make a nice little present for an early birthday.

This little set is a perfect gift for any Julia Donaldson fan! I brought it for my nephews 2nd birthday and he loves to hold the teddy whilst reading the story. My 4 year old son also really wanted this (he already had the paper back story but really wanted the little teddy too) quality is awesome and I’d recommend for 0-5 year olds only because the bigger books are better for older ages where as the smaller hard back books are perfect for early years! Overall a brilliant product and makes an lovely, cute little gift.

Sent Granddaughter via Amazon gift ‘from Grandma’ At 3 she is already ‘reading’ and remembers the story, retelling it herself. The story is one of a series about a ladybird ‘detective’ chasing 2 comical robbers. She takes the ladybird toy to read it along with her. Absolutely lovely gift to encourage reading.

Great book, as are all the ladybird heard books, and the set with the ladybird is lovely. Would make an ideal gift.

Excellent story, with lots of opportunity for animal noises (release your inner farmyard). Soft ladybird small enough for little hands.

We love all books of Julia Donaldson but especially this one. The story about the ladybug that saves the day by misleading the bandits is witty, funny and cute. The plush ladybug is soft and our daughter enjoys this gift set very much.

Well ordered this one for the ladybird toy which is a very close looking to the Ben & Holly's Little Kingdom character Gaston the ladybird. My 2 + year old boy has been a fan for the show for quite some time. Loved the ladybug toy inside so full marks.

The book was smaller than expected, a mini book, and the package was completely crushed and torn, it was meant for gifting and it couldn’t be given!
