Singles Soundtrack

This cd is great, amozon has awesome prices on cds. Broken case upon arrival but cd work fine so no worries.

My brother and I have often joked that the title of Cameron Crowe's movies should all be changed to "What Was On Crowe's Music Player While He Was Making This Film."This was a cute enough little movie that came out and tried to capitalize on the 90s Grunge craze. It's weird because it ended up being delayed on its release, but because of that it stumbled into one of the hottest periods for grunge music, particularly from Seattle. It got a lot of buzz but did sort of come and go in theaters.Thankfully though, it did give us this soundtrack, a perfect "snapshot in a bottle" of some of the hottest bands of that period of time. Seriously, if you're a fan of grunge, you're getting Soundgarden, Chris Cornell, a Pearl Jam double-dip, Mudhoney, the Screaming Trees, Paul Westerberg, Smashing Pumpkins (not really grunge, but still one of the hottest bands of that era), Alice in Chains, and best of all the haunting "Chloe Dancer/Crown of Thorns" from Mother Love Bone.I first listened to this soundtrack in 1992, and it still holds up today as one of my go-to listens. A fantastic compilation with no real weak spot, in my opinion. If you were a music fan of that era or are just interested in seeing what that was all about, this is a great album to own.

one of the best soundtrack album of the 90s. If you like grunge music you should not miss this one and be in your music collection. classic tracks from pearl jam, soundgarden, alice in chains, smashing pumpkins, mother love bone, screaming trees and mudhoney are here. paul westerberg's 2 songs are my personal fav. and seasons sung by chris cornell is a masterpiece. I totally recommend this album.

I remember going to the show when this movie came out and really digging the sound track,now I own the soundtrack and it's just as good as I remember it.Many good grunge bands doing their thing.

Muy buena pieza de colección, el único detalle es que no cuenta con una remasterización y se escucha muy bajo su volumen. Sin embargo, lo adquirí a un excelente precio y su contenido musical-sentimental, lo vale todo.

es un disco bueno, aqui no podia coseguirlo,trae muchas rolas de la epoca grunge, quizas no las mejores pero considero queel director de a cintacameron crow tiene muy buen oido para escoger la musica. lo recomiendo
