This product worked great until the last update, then all hell broke loose. You will be taking notes and it just goes back to home screen loosing what ever information you where working on. Has trouble exporting to PDF without stopping and going to the home screen. One morning it even decided to loose 4 pages of notes, that would be my 42 notes I worked on. They were still in the Notes directory, but I was unable to access them. This is one of the worst updates I have ever seen other then pretty much all of Windows 10 major updates. Until they fix the problems this update caused, this is a 500 dollar piece of crap!

I've had the Mimas for about a month. I got it mostly for note taking, and secondarily for reading PDFs and books. Its a very expensive tool, and seems to be more like a BETA version than a final product. The available APPs that work well are very limited, and most aren't fully compatible. As for the main reason I purchased the Mimas, note taking, the note app has erased whole sections of notes. Sometimes a half page of notes are suddenly missing when I go back to review them. I'm now scrambling to find a better, more reliable note taking app. (Open to recommendations if anyone has one.) I went against someone's advice, who recommended buying the iPad for my use-case, which is the same price, and unfortunately I didn't listen. With the exception of battery life, I would have been much better off with the iPad. Now I'm stuck with an overpriced, heavy, ereader, with major software issues.

Very Good Ereader with a big screen, almost A4 size, I can read all my university papers on it. very fast refresh rate. In fact its an Android 6.0 tablet with an e-ink screen and a pen, very versatile and useful!

It stopped working after 1 years of use.

It's very easy to read on Mimas, when you are reading a scanned PDF with lost of images.The Mimas note taking experience is good. You can take digital notes with a stylus, for drawing, annotations or PDF editing.However Web browser needs improve.

Without an operating manual its an uphill climb all the way and I consider myself a very tech saavy person who figures things out quickly. I wanted SO much to love the Mimas. Its Pricey. It should be user friendly but its not. Especially managing Notes which was the main reason I bought it. I have lost data I spent time creating which really ticks me off. Not being able to read pages in files unless you manipulate the file to the main note page for one is a real issue for me. I have to return this device because without a good comprehensive manual I don't know what to do with it.

This reader would be great if it didn't reboot every time i touched it.. get something else..

La tablette est très bien au niveau prise en main physique /lisibilité (dehors et dedans, grâce au rétroéclairage), en plein soleil évidemment la visibilté est parfaite (e-ink), par contre le système d'exploitation Android 6 "customisé" est baclé. Les annotations sur les PDF's par exemple marchent bien, mais il est impossible de re-exporter ces PDF comprenant leur annotations sur un ordinateur ou sur Google Drive. La tablette ne transfère que le PDF sans les annotations!Un transfer vers Evernote transforme le PDF en HTMLPAr contre, les notes manuscrites peuvent être exportées en PDF local puis envoyées.Le problème avec les Apps autres (Acrobat etc) qui sont aussi capables d'annoter les PDF: dans ce cas, l'annotation n'est pas fluide et marche très mal. Donc , avec la dernière firmware de juin 2019, ne comptez pas travailler efficacement sur PDF. Mais le reste marche.On peut installer des Apps comme Dropbox, Airdroid, Google Keep, ça marche .On peu également connecter un clavier bluetooth. Dans mon cas : un MAgic Keyboard d'Apple, certaines touches ne sont pas au bon endroit (@ par exemple)DOnc: Il faut vraiment qu'ils travaillent sur le système d'exploitation

Je suis très satisfait de cette liseuse.Je l'ai reçu rapidement et c'est un très bon produit.Le grand écran est idéal pour la lecture des pdf.La prise de notes est vraiment géniale. Elle est tellement réactive et précise qu'on a l'impression d'écrire avecun stylo sur du papier.J'ai pu activer le play store android sans problème.La prise de notes sur les pdfs et vraiment utile pour moi.Le partage/envoi d'une note par QRCODE est efficace, il me permet de récuper immédiatement mesnotes sur mon smartphone (stockage sur le cloud et affichage de la note par l'intermédaire d'un browser web).L'autonomie est très bonne ça me change des tablettes...En conclusion je recommande l'achat de cet article.

Bravo Boyue pour cette merveilleuse liseuse que j’attendais depuis longtemps. Je voulais pouvoir écrire des notes,lire et écrire sur mes pdf et sauvegarder dans une carte sd. L’ipad pro ne m’a pas satisfait surtout pour les yeux, je passe sur la remaquable, je ne peux pas sauvegarder en local et je n’arrive pas pas à charger mes pdf sans le pc.La likebook mimas ne me quite plus. Elle moins cher jusqu’à100 € que ses concurrentes et elle est livré avec l’étui en cadeau par le fabriquant. L’étui est gratuit chez aliespress et good e reader mais payante chez amazone. Je croyais qu’il est interdit de vendre un accessoire compris dans un produit.
