These are really sharp deeply serrated knives. And while the shape is a little different than most, it is for good reason. The handle is perfect to hold while the blade itself sets below the handle keeping your hands away from your food. I actually found with the great serration that they are excellent for cutting breads. I actually use them for a variety of jobs in the kitchen. Another bonus is the low price - it was a great deal. Obviously, I highly recommend.

It just cant be understated the search I have been on for years and set after set for a "quality" steak knife ... pointy type, chromed type, to the impressive Ruth Chris wide blade with real wood handles ... all boringly underperformers ... This is the real deal in meat cutting ... price not withstanding .... a three dimensional centered edge does not disappoint daring other blades to be as sharp and long lasting .... But the story doesnt end there ... just the best all purpose blade that you will look for to open boxes and buy a set for the camper. Real stainless steel. I have had quests that remark about how well these feel in hand and cut so good ... Yes well received as Xmas presents !!!

I bought these because I loved the ones that came with my miracle blade 3 performance series. I’ve gotten rid of all the other miracle blades except for the steak knives. These aRe slightly different, but the blade design appears to be the same and still seems as sharp. The overall quality does not seem to be the same as the performance series 3, but these are still leaps and bounds better than any other steak knife that I have tried in the past.

I LOVE these knives! I bought a set of six nearly 20 years ago, on home shopping network, they slowly started disappearing and I needed more knives so my in-laws got us some garbage cuisinart or something knives. I tolerated them for far too long before telling my husband I was done with them. Even new, those knives didn’t cut as well as my 10 year old miracle blades. So, I finally decided to order 2 sets of new miracle blades. The few remaining knives I have from my original set purchased 20 years ago are still sharp and cut amazing! I’m pretty sure I will never purchase another brand of knife ever again. All though, at the rate these hold up, I shouldn’t need to ever buy anymore... unless they start disappearing again!

These steak knives are amazing. I had the original miracle blade set from the mid to late 1990’s but overtime, I lost all four of the steak knives. When I saw a set of four steak knives for $10, it was a no brainer. These are slightly smaller than the original but you can’t really tell when using. I use these not only for steak, they are perfect for slicing veggies and fruits. Knives are sharp as can be and that lasts for years. Definitely recommend these to anyone who wants a great steak knife.

Finally had some decent weather and fired up the grill. I was impressed with these knives for what I bought them for, cutting steak. The blade and handle have that Miracle Blade curve that feels unusual at first, but works well. The handles are expectedly a little lightweight but are comfortable to hold. The blade has a wide serrated design that seems well-designed and durable. I don't think I'll have to buy steak knives for a while, and that's why I'm happy with them. Update: I bought these in 2014. They've held up beautifully for eight years. Fully dishwasher safe too. They actually stand up to the hype of their advertising. I think what I like most is the way they cut steak. I don't know how to describe it, but the serrated edge makes kind of a rough cut. They cut right through meat very easily, and the cut makes each bite more appetizing than say a ceramic steak knife, which, makes a smooth cut, but is not as appealing. They work as well as the day I bought them. Trust me, give these a shot.
