Product description Review: Best Boiled (Steamed) Egg Cooker In The World For Easy To Peel Eggs - My wife and I got this Steamer Cooker for cooking eggs. It's small enough to leave on the stove and yet large enough to cook 6 or 7 eggs at a time. The issue with boiled eggs is trying to remove the shell afterwards and having any egg left. Just fill the cooker about half full of water and bring to a boil. Set the Steaming Basket with the raw eggs already added onto the cooker, and put on the lid. Set a timer for 12 minutes. Remove the steaming basket and then the eggs. I generally use a pot holder and pour the cooked eggs into the dish strainer. Wait for a minimum of 4 minutes and your ready to have the easiest peeling eggs ever. Of course they will be hot so I recommend doing this under cold running water. I only do it this way because I prefer warm boiled (steamed) eggs for my breakfast. You can't go wrong with purchasing this steamer! Review: Perfect size for two; so many uses! - This 2 quart sauce pan with a steamer insert replaces an old 2 qt pan and a little free standing steamer -- this pan set is so much better! The best part is the sauce pan is deep enough to cook rice at the same time we are steaming vegetables, so one pan and everything is ready at the same time. The steamer pan is deep enough to hold a lot of vegetables, the steam holes are pretty smooth, no rough edges to snag a dish cloth or scratch a finger. The bottom of the sauce pan inside is smooth and washes out easily (I do let the pan soak a few minutes when there is rice in the pan, and it still comes right off with a bit of a soak.) I am very happy with this pan!

For a smaller pot it is very sturdy.
This is the perfect size for steaming small portions

Substandard quality, not worth for the money
Very disappointed after unpacking the box. Steel is of low quality, sauce pan is very thin, I donโt think it is worth anything other than heating water. I do not recommend this item to anybody.

Quality
Itโs the perfect size for the two of us. Biggest problem weโve had is that itโs hit and miss working on the induction cooktop so not convinced about the quality of stainless.

Love this steamer!
I love this steamer. It works fine on my induction cooktop & the end results of cooking with steam is soo nutritious, delicious & moist. This is a smaller steamer. Perfect for the single person or a couple. Or maybe just for a side dish like vegetables if you have a family. I really wish they offered additional steamer baskets for purchase separately, so you could stack them like the bamboo steamers. I couldn't find that option, therefore I chose to just order another steamer. Potatoes in the lower pot in the water &/or chicken broth, meat portion like chicken with spices & a citrus slice or two in a foil packet in the middle or maybe the top basket and vegetables in the other. I don't know yet because I've yet to receive my second unit. (Like I said I purchased a second unit to have at least two baskets)

Beautiful finish
Excellent Quality construction. Great steamer for range. Only downside is that it needs a range to use it versus an electric steamer. This is subjective, whether it bothers you or not. Electric steamer, you can use it anywhere on the counter. But for this steamer, top notch.

Good steamer for 2 people
It arrived promptly. It is quite light gauge stainless steel and is great for steaming vegetables, say, for 2 or 3 people. Fit and finish is good. Heats up quickly. No complaints about cleaning- I expect it to behave similar to my other stainless steel pots with an occasional bit of polishing with a very fine powder and a wet clothe.

Only okay
It is ok, but is thin and does not conduct heat as well as other pots. Also, there is a seam at the bottom of the pot, it holds a bit of water and when on the stove will seep from there.

Not a double boiler
I didn't use this before returning it. It was a steamer, not a double boiler. You need to change the wording in your listing.

Nice size
Nice size (small) for a small family (2 -4 people). Good material and good for steaming vegetables and rice.
