Not convenient to use.
This was not at all useful for me. it is not able to pull wax out. The attachment is too short to enter the ear.

Useless products.
Please don't get lost by pictures or ads. This is an utter useless products. The handles circumference is big and the swabs provided are too small. I don't think there is an option to return the product.

Avoid if possible... try some other product...
Extremely useless product. Manufacturing quality is poor. The edges of the inserts are properly finished and tend to hurt the ear while trying to use the product. Please avoid.

Cannot insert inside the ear properly; painful while trying to insert- the handle and the bulb of the tip is too rough. Waste of money and time.
