There's definitely an art to removing the most hair and being painless. I tried my arms first and although painless, the hair was not completely removed like with professional waxing. This could be due to me learning the technique. The hair was surprisingly 100% gone, On to my legs and I had a similar experience as with my arms. Perhaps the trick is small patches. I'm happy with the arm results as this was the purpose for purchasing. I think baby smooth arms looks a little strange any way and am fine without the 100% hair removal. Glad to save on salon waxing costs and to have more frequent arm hair removal.

Its a great product.I got it last week and used it straight away the same day and literally I was so amazed to see the results that i was not even expecting. It was so easy to handle and easy to use. I really like this wax warmer , has different hot points and can keep the wax as hot as you like continuously. The wax that came with it is really really good ,just sticks on the hair not on the skin .Good wax warmer and wax beans as well.

Extremely happy with this wax warmer, it heats quickly and stays warm for long enough for my liking, the wax bucket can be reused without messy cleaning, outer body doesn’t get hit at all and it holds a lot of wax.
