Many broken tiles arrived in broken boxes - unbroken tiles are good.
The tiles arrived promptly (even faster than the posted shipment date), but 5 of six boxes were badly damaged and had been hastily taped back together, with the sixth box being placed into a larger box because it was so badly damaged. From 4 to 8 tiles in each box (of 45) were damaged during shipping with corners broken off or side edges chipped sufficiently that they could not be used, even as cut edges, due to more than two corners being damaged each. (The corners must be factory edge in order to align properly during installation). The un-chipped/undamaged tiles were as expected and are a good solution for a workshop floor that needs to stand up to some rough usage. My poor rating is due to the fact that they either had bad shipping or the supplier let these re-boxed tiles go out as new tiles.
