Must have for fishing.

This venting tool gets the job done, which is great! I am able to fold the needle into the handle so nobody on the boat gets stab. I would buy another Ohero Venting Tool. The only problem I have, and I am not fully sure how to correct it, is after using this tool on a handful of fish, and you get some fish scales, or particles in the needle, it is difficult to get the stuff out of the needle, and out of the handle. I have used venting tools, that are practically just a needle (not to safe) and was easy to clear of particles. I like this product better, that you can fold back down into the handle. It isn't impossible to clean, but takes a minute or 2.

Wants to fold up before you get fish vented. Works other than that.

Went Halibut fishing opening week-end, Cant have any other fish in oregon, when fishing for Halibut, we caught several Rock fish at 400 hundred ftand this Venting tool worked great... saved alot of rock fish, which normally float on top until a bird or seal finds them, makes me feel better

If you are going to use this on largemouth bass, bring your filet knife. The needle alone will kill them. No need to fizz them after you've killed them.

Too large for most freshwater fish, but will work for salt water. Bought for bass tournaments but the needle is too large of a guage. I do like how it folds into the handle for storage.
