Canasta Uncooked Flour Tortillas, Canola Oil Base (2 Packs, 1 Dozen Per Pack)

We buy these all the time - basically have a running available supply in the fridge at all times. If you keep the bag sealed, they'll last for many weeks before drying out. We've yet to have any issues with them going bad at all, just drying out.If you haven't cooked your own tortillas before, I strongly recommend these. It's easier than making them from scratch, but the taste is vastly superior. The improvement in flavor over the precooked kind was enough that everyone from age 8 through 14 to adult noticed. And they only take about 30 seconds to cook.

They are delicious. Our normal brand was out of stock during covid so I broke down and ordered these. Boy am I glad I did. They are more expensive but definitely worth it.

Great product, just way too expensive

Let me just say that while I'm not of Mexican heritage, I have been to Mexico many times and lived in San Diego for a few years. Ever since, I've been trying to re-create the cuisine, and my own variant, in my home. This is a delicious product. Keep in mind--these need to be cooked, and that's what makes them superior. They brown nicely on both sides on my cast-iron skillet. I like to watch them puff up as they heat then deflate as they cool. Great for small-to-medium burritos, quesadillas, or large tacos. I only wish they came in a larger size so I could make big burritos like I used to get in San Diego. I love both the canola and the lard versions.

Good product, except a it pricey.

This was not what I expected. I wanted to make the cooked flour tortillas from the store but I just didn't do it right. Anyway, I don't have the patience to fool with this product any longer. I'll just get a regular package at the grocery store for cheap.

Delicious flour tortillas. Great for making burritos or wraps.
