The only size indication is neck size, so to some extent you need to guess. I guessed wrongly. The chest and neck sizes are on a label that comes with the shirt - why don't thay publish that? BTW, 17in equates to 43in chest, 18in neck equates to 45/46 and 19 in to 48in chest.
