Absolutely perfect (except for the keys)
Everything about this is exactly what I wanted. Except from day one the digits and letters started peeling from the keys. Otherwise I cannot fault it

Hardware fault
Item arrived and was put aside for a birthday present for my daughter. Centre mouse/ button cover was missing and when attempting to turn on for the first time it would not power on. Caps lock light on consistently with no other indicators. After a little digging and a conversation with a HP tech it is a hardware fault.

Surprisingly better than expected....
I was very sceptical when purchasing this as an IT professional , but to my surprise the laptop arrived quickly and well packaged, the quality of the item was very good there was 2 small blemishes to the outer casing and that's it, it looks new, you have to activate windows but the code is on the COA on the bottom, apart from having to install some drivers from the manufacturer website it worked out the box, very happy and using it daily I have faced no problems so far.

Fine laptop but the painted keys are peeling off
I like this laptop. However by using the keyboard backlight I can see that this used to have Nordic keys (I can see ä and ö etc) which are painted over with English keys when this was refurbished. Some places the letters look a bit chunky as you can see the letter under it. Now after a month's usage the paint is peeling off from certain keys. For me it is not a big problem as I happen to be used to Nordic keyboards, I actually prefer it that way! I might rub of all the paint when they start really peeling. I can just rub them off with a fingernail when they start peeling (pgup/pgdown, ctrl and shift are back to original now).

Good value for price
This is a fantastic value laptop. It is pre owned but works really well and fast. Would well recommend it.

Pleased with my computer
I ordered a refurbished computer as I wanted to get something reasonable but slightly cheaper as I would not be using it that much. So far, I am very pleased with my computer. It came a day earlier than planned. It was straightforward to set up - none of the difficulties I have read in a few other reviews - and there are no problems. My only disappointment is that when they were refurbishing the keyboard, they forgot to refit the rubber keyboard pointer mouse into the middle of the keyboard. It's easily done and easily sorted. For the money, I am happy.

Amazing product
Received this today and all I can say is Wow!!!I am so impressed talk about value for money.Looks brand new, and the graphics are great and super quick no lagging. Was due to be delivered Wednesday but got it today Saturday!Thank you so much would highly recommend
