I ordered this bowl for an upcoming camping trip. What I received was way smaller than all the descriptions from reviews I read as well as the specifics in the item measurements. I immediately returned it with no problem and asked for an exchange for the correct item, thinking it was just a mix up. The return process was really easy, but what I got in return was exactly what I received the first time, a bowl maybe about 2 inches tall. Pictured is the second bowl I received next to my 2 quart pyrex measuring cup. Immediately returned again and will order from somewhere else.

I recently moved into a place with less kitchen storage and and I discovered on Amazon a great group of items that collapse in order to store them without taking up a lot of valuable space. I was pleased with the result in using the collapsible measuring cups but was a bit concerned regarding using a collapsible mixing bowl where I would be using along with an electric mixer.I was extremely pleased with the result. The bowl popped open and stayed that way throughout the whole preparation. Even when using mixer, my experience equalled using any regular mixing bowls I have owned and the bowl pops down to fit in a much smaller space than it would have taken up if it was not the collapsible style.I will continue to regularly use the bowls and if there is any change in my evaluation of it's use ability I will come back and update my review, though as for the times that I have used these bowls I am very pleased with their ability to make my use of these very necessary utensils as enjoyable and helpful as possible:)

I purchased this as a gift for a cook with arthritis - she likes that the bowl is light-weight, making it easier to wash and handle than conventional mixing bowls.Pros: - Pouring spout is awesome, I wish all my bowls had this feature - Sticks to counter, instead of sliding, due to the silicone material. Silicone is also a joy to wash up. - Collapses into a small space, making it the easiest bowl to store in the kitchen. - Smooth interior shape makes for no waste (the folds do not get in the way). I get every drop of brownie mix out of this bowl. - Made in the USA, and the quality of that shows. - Goes from microwave to freezer, and back again, which is handy for candy making.I hand wash this bowl, although it is rated for the dishwasher, and so far the non-stick surface is as good-as-new.

Initially I really liked the bowl. We only use it in our camper so it doesn't get daily or prolonged use. I used it last month only to find it has hairline splits along the folds. Very disappointing!

Best thing ever made. This is so awesome! Perfect for traveling and easy to pack b/c it is flat. It would be great for camping. My husband goes on a lot of business trips and we like bringing our popcorn to eat before we go to bed like we do at home and always needed a bowl b/c we don't like leaving it in the bag (it burns for some reason). Anyway I have been looking for one of these and was so excited when I found this and it was reasonably priced. I LOVE IT!!!

I am very surprised by how much I like this bowl. Purchased it for our truck camper because of space limitations. It cleans up easily and stores pretty flat. I'd like another a bit smaller, but haven't found one yet. Haven't put a red pasta sauce or cheese in it. Mainly mixing bowl and for salads. So far no problems

Great for Rv or limited spaces.

I use them in my camper, lightweight and they are space savers
