Pricey! But works like magic.
It does the job definitely creates a barrier on the skin to not get blisters from shoes. Is like a miracle. My only complaint is that is a reslly small bottle for the price.

Blister preventer, skin saver
Wow, love this product! Spray a couple of light coats on the areas that rub against your shoes and your feet will thank you. Wore a new pair of shoes to a wedding and was afraid of blistering from the friction and stiffness of the straps. Danced all night and my feet felt great, no redness, soreness, or blisters, amazing! Just be sure not to spray on painted toenails it will junk up your pedicure. Cover your nails before you spray.

Not worth it.
I have been working weekends at our local Rennisance Faire, and am incredibly blister prone. It was upwards of 95 degrees, with high humidity this past weekend. I had high hopes for this spray, as my usual go to (RunGoo) was not in stock. The spray didn't last long. I got maybe two or three good applications before the small bottle ran out. It took a few minutes to dry, which was frustrating as I was trying to get out the door and over to our morning meeting. The spray just didn't work. I'm not sure if it was because of how hot it was, the spray just sort of came off with the sweat. By the time Sunday was finished, I had blisters ON my blisters. If you're going to be highly active during the day, and on your feet for 12 hours, this just doesn't cut it.

So-so
I can’t say that it’s a life changer. It can prevent some blisters but it doesn’t stay on for all day. The film which this spray creates is very thin and transparent what’s good, but if your shoe is really tight and rub your foot hard, it’ll destroy the film in a few hours and you get a blister. In a such heavy cases only bandages can help. But for a mild situations or short time of wearing tight shoes this spray can be a solution.
