Just what I have needed. After two weeks of taking this I have felt better, slept better and AM better. Im currently taking a couple supplements for fibromyalgia. I take this one with breakfast that includes healthy fats and protein. I really love it. Good product, Good ingredients, too big for me to swollow, company said I could eat the contents rather than swollow capsule, so that is what I have been doing to complete my purchase. They were helpful, even sent me a refund. I would give it 5 stars if not for the size, they need to advise folks of the size...

Just as important, there's a huge improvement in my stamina, which I can see at the gym.
