Q: Can i use parchment grilling bags with this vertical grill? i prefer a no cleanup option, similar to the sunbeam rocket grill.

The parchment will burn I believe. This grill has heating coils with actual contact to the food.

Q: How do you clean this?

The drip tray just pulls out at the bottom. Separate the heat shield from the drip tray and wash both parts with dish detergent. Pull the rack out from the top and clean with dish detergent. These items should be cleaned after each use. The reflector then plates just slide out. The two end plates rest on the elements - just twist and remove through the top. The end plates and reflector plates don't need cleaning after each use - it depends what you are cooking. Grease can burn on to the plates, in which case I use a non-stick scourer. Mostly I find that this is only a problem with sausages. Simple solution is to prick them several times with a fork. This enables the fat to escape and drip down rather than exploding onto the plates. If this sounds complicated, it really isn't once you get used to it. I rate it as much easier than cleaning a conventional grill pan, because most of the fat collects in the drip tray which is very easy to clean.
