Works great and barely noticeable.
These perfectly fit my Cat 5e cables I have running through my house. Pretty straightforward, but you have to make sure they are good and even with the wall before you start hammering in. Depending on the material your wall is made out of, they may have trouble staying in and may randomly fall out. I would recommend you just add more to even the load. I've already used 100 of em in the past 2 years and just ordered more. I will probably order more in a few years.

Better than other clips like this.
Exactly what I needed, with an added bonus over some others I've used. These actually clip on to the wire (Standard cat5e/cat6 size), so there's no need to hold onto them while nailing them in. They'll stay right where you want them, and you can just hold the cord a few inches away and nail them into place. Great improvement over the ones that don't clip! Also, out of the 25 or so I've used so far, none have shattered while nailing them in, so that's pretty good.

Not for drywall or concrete use!
Clips hug CAT6 cables very nicely but the nails make the whole concept a big failure for drywall applications. Even longer ribbed wire nails from the hardware store do not provide enough of lasting support for clips and cables. A small drop of hot melt glue applied to a cable jacket bonds it very strongly to almost any surface and seems to be the real winning solution eliminating the need for any clips and nails.

if your going to use these for running cable along the bottom of the wall these are fine. but if like me you plan on running cable along the ceiling then get these and stop by the hardware store and pick up little box of nails same thickness and 1.25in long. the little nails they come with are not long enough for going thru the drywall. i used cat6 cable and they were perfect fit.

Everything I needed in one place
I had to set up for a new order management system in a local diner. I had plenty of lead time so I decided to shop online for supplies. I was pleased to find several colors of CAT 5 cables available which will make labeling unnecessary. I even bought the clips to nail the cables in place all over the basement. And all for a fraction of the cost of cables at a BOX store or supply house.

Simple and strong
I switched from staples to this for my new apartment. I was very excited to run Ethernet around that I probably woke the neighbors with the hammering. Screw them anyways. For curved plastic and a short little nail, these seem pretty sturdy. I think I only broke one out of 100 - most likely my fault for hammering at a bad angle. Hopefully I can find some that are HDMI size!

Snaps to Ethernet Cable. Not for Drywall.
PROS: Works well in wood or other HARD surface. Snaps over Cat6 cable.CONS: The nail is fairly short and doesn't attach to drywall well. If you're tacking cat5/6 to drywall I recommend using a low voltage insulated staple such as these: Briscon #5brown-40bp Insulated Cable Staple, 1/4", Brown, 40/card or these: The Hillman Group 592280 Insulated Staples, 5 by 1/2-Inch, White, 25-Pack. That said, these will work in drywall but they have a tendency to fall out.
