It fits very well. I don't use the keychain clip that came with the cover for a few different reasons. First off, it arrived with a miniature PHILLIPS head screwdriver instead of a flathead which is what's needed to loosen and then secure the stirrup-looking part of the keychain that holds the key fob and anything else you want on the chain. I have a mini flat and tried the stirrup/D ring but didn't like how it dangled off the fob. I used an old ring from another keychain. The images on the cover are REALLY hard to make out. I suppose I could just memorize what each button does, but this is a brand new vehicle and I'm still getting the hang of it. Also, the panic button on the side of the fob is completely covered by the leather case. It probably wouldn't be difficult to just squeeze the sides of the fob if you needed to set off the alarm. However, I will most certainly forget that the first time I accidentally set it off and them fumble around trying to figure out how to turn it off because there's no clear marking on where the panic button is actually located. Overall, I really like the cover and think it serves its purpose (prevent the fob from getting marked up). For the price... it should be better. I would easily pay ten or maybe even fifteen. Twenty felt like too much of a gamble. Fortunately, it works really well. If the price ever goes down, I'll probably buy a second for the extra other key fob.
