Tom Yum Set Thai Food Hot & Spicy Soup for 2-4 serving. Fresh Ingredients | Kaffir Lime Leaves, Galangal,Lemongrass and Thai Chili

First, let me say, a few of the items are a bit black. NOT because they are bad - but because of the heat here in Texas. Those TINY bits I will just cut off. Overall - a great package and a great deal. Now I can make Tum Kha Gai, Red Curry, and many other dishes I have missed since I moved to a small town. I will DEFINITELY BUY THIS AGAIN here in a week or so. I love getting these. My next stop is to go to the Asian supermarket to get bean sprouts because the other supermarkets do not carry them OR the noodles which you can only buy at an Asian Market. Again - I WILL be buying these again in a few weeks. They look great!

I was skeptical buying fresh ingredients for Tom Yum over Amazon, but decided to take a chance this one time. This stuff is probably a day old at most. This stuff is definitely fresh! It's so fresh in fact that a week later, I took my leftover lemongrass stalks and planted them and a month or 2 later, the offshoots are more than 2 feet tall! This purchase was definitely worth it! The packaging isn't cumbersome either as the smaller items come in ziploc bags, which is probably why it comes out even fresher than you'd think. Overall great buy!

I was surprised by how fresh these ingredients were when they arrived. I had read the favorable reviews but I still didn't expect them to be quite this good since it shipped from one coast of the US to the other one. Thanks so much!

The product took 10 days to reach me. I am in mainland US. It came in a regular pack, not cooled or anything and I was surprised it was fresh enough. However, only a few red Thai chili pieces, it was all green, expected red Thai chilli. The lemongrass was not the freshest.

Check out the pic I posted. Was able to make homemade Chicken Panang Curry with ingredients and it was delicious! No Asian market close by so this was very helpful.

Arrived very fresh and bursting with flavor. Plenty to make at least two, if not three large pots of Tom Ka Gai. (I spice mildly) It really makes the food so much better when you use fresh, authentic ingredients. Many extra chili peppers (for me) but they will not go to waste. I am enjoying them in everything from eggs to stir fries. Very delicious!

Received the products today. It took almost 8 days for the shipment to arrive. I was worried that the ingredients might spoil in the process. But all the ingredients were still fresh and of good quality. Would recommend it highly if you are interested in making Thai food from scratch. One request, please include Thai basil to the list of ingredients. It would make a complete package!

This was supposed to be delievered on July 14 but it came on July 21. The lime leaves are black and rotten; the galangal is covered with mold. It is totally unusable.
