These are easy to wash in the laundry. Husband in his late 50's and going through a 2nd career police academy where it is pretty much like USMC Bootcamp (which we have been to Parris Island now 3 times). And husband says these are perfect from protecting his hands all down from all the ground activity they do outside. I may be buying a 3rd pair because, they ground is wet from rain and snow and I only do laundry twice a week.

I work out with free weights - dumbells, barbells, rope pulls, etc. If i could suggest adding another leather / padding in the palm, andfinger sections.AL
