If my pet is shy, will this semi-open design make them anxious or scared?

No, it won’t make them scared or unhappy. The well-wrapped design actually helps your pet feel more secure and comfortable.

Which size fits which weight? How do I choose the right one?

If your dog has a longer body or legs, we recommend sizing up if they’re near the upper end of a weight range — don’t just go by weight alone. That way, they’ll have more room to sit comfortably.

Is the base firm or saggy? Will my pet feel uncomfortable lying down?

Versions 1.0 and 2.0 have a soft, cozy bottom, while version 3.0 adds a supportive cushion pad for extra structure. All three are very comfortable — most pets love curling up and even fall asleep in them.

Is the mesh breathable? Will it be too hot in summer?

The mesh material is much more breathable than the typical cotton fabrics on the market, so it helps keep your pet cool and comfortable during the summer.

Does it really have side pockets for phone/keys as shown?

Yes, it has two pockets. There’s a small front pocket perfect for keys or a phone, and a zippered back pocket that can hold your phone, wallet, poop bags, and more.
