I have only moderate leakage and find the pads to be uncomfortable and slightly embarrassing. These are fashionable (wife likes the black ones) and wash/wear well. Now I can wear light colored pants again! Yay. Just wanted to add that I've been using these for over a year and they wash/wear well. I agree with the gent who commented on the sizing. I bought my size and one size up and have ended up liking the larger size. I travel a lot and it's great having confidence that a little leak wont cause me embarrassment. Yes, they're pricey, but worth it.

I bought these for my dad since he did not like the idea of diapers at all. He does not fight me about wearing them and says they are comfortable even though at first he could not understand why the front pocket seemed a little bulky. It has definitely saved on my laundry bill. The only thing I can say that I wish were better is that after several uses they do tend to hold a little of the urine smell even after washed. I woud definitely recommend these to anyone who needs a little protection but not ready for diapers

These work extremely well if your leakage is limited. They are comfortable and can be washed and reused many times. If your leakage is moderate or more, these are insufficiently absorbent. However, they are still very useful because the cup that catches the leakage holds a pad in place very firmly and the hardish cover to the pad prevents any leakage from wetting the front of your pants. That is the good news and it is good news on net. Any leakage beyond what a pad can absorb still has to go somewhere, and that is toward the area between the genitals and anus, but at least it is not noticeable. So, use directly if leakage is limited and use as a firm pad holder that prevents embarrassing leakage in front. Works well both ways.

Love these but every single pair I own started falling apart at the seams where the waterproof area attaches to the fabric in the lower crotch area.. I have probly 20 pairs too. All the same

This product was truly a game changer for me. I’m 7 weeks post prostatectomy and still incontinent going from sitting to standing and while standing during activities. These briefs have made all the difference in both my physical and mental state. They feel like regular cotton briefs and one pair usually lasts me a whole day. I’ve washed my 5 pairs a few times and they came through the washer and dryer (warm water/medium heat) just fine. Time will tell if they last. If I had to pick one negative I’d say the elastic waistband tends to curl and seems a little cheap. If, like me, you’re trying to get back to normal after surgery, and if your leakage is not constant or severe, then just buy these. Brother, you’ve been through enough. Honestly, I can’t tell you how much normality they’ve put back in my life.

This product has saved my sanity. My 8 year old son who wets the bed has been frustrating me for years. He can't handle that he wets the bed, but the smell of urine and the amount of laundry has gotten me overwhelmed. I found this product a couple weeks ago and, with a liner inside, my son has stayed completely dry on the outside and his bedding doesn't even smell/ isn't wet!! Legit a miracle. He got to wear these undies and said "I finally get to sleep with normal underwear!" He was beyond thrilled to not be wearing a diaper/pull ups to bed. For reference, my son is 8yrs old and 120 lbs and I purchased the mens small size for him and they fit like a glove. I will be buying more of these nighttime underwear!
