what exactly is the ingredient listed "Talc-Q.S.?" Has this company tested it for asbestos?

I would suggest that you do not put this on your face and definitely not anywhere near your eyes, no powder of any kind should be put on one's face in my opinion, you run the risk of inhaling it or worse getting it in your eyes. Yikes.
